GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers are available all year round for any monetary value. Select a value from the options or customise your own.

Any vouchers purchased during November or December will be treated as a Christmas Gift Voucher and the validity will be adjusted to reflect this, so they receive the full six months to use them.

This voucher will be sent to you to print or forward on, or can be scheduled to arrive in the lucky recipients email inbox on your chosen time and date

ORDER A VOUCHER TO COLLECT - BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

We need to schedule a collection time if you wish to come to the salon to purchase a voucher. When we are all in treatment, there will be nobody to assist you and we would hate to keep you waiting. We will be very happy to assist via phone or WhatsApp and ensure we are ready for you for speedy service

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Vouchers are valid for six months from date of purchase. The date of issue or expiry will be clearly displayed on the voucher

2. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. Cash value 0.001p

3. Vouchers may be transferred to another recipient but we must be informed so we can update our records

4. Please contact us if the voucher is lost, as we may still be able to trace the voucher number and honour the amount

5. Gift Vouchers are redeemable against treatment only

6. Gift Vouchers may be exchanged for any treatment of the same value, or as part payment towards a higher value treatment

7. No change will be given if your treatment value is less than the voucher face value. The remaining balance will, however, remain valid for the remainder of the six month period

8. Vouchers will be subject to verification at the time of presentation and we reserve the right not to accept any vouchers that appear to have been forged or tampered with

9. Extension of the expiry date is strictly at the discretion of management and must be applied for before the voucher expires

10. Non redeemed vouchers are donated to local groups and fetes throughout the year as raffle prizes in addition to our usual donation budget.
