BODY MASSAGE
Massage de-stresses the body and helps to relax the mind, leaving you feeling calm and at-peace. It eases muscle tension and relax aches and pains, but the benefits are endless. It is great for treating tension headaches, postural aches, tired legs, stiff neck, muscular tension, insomnia, anxiety and more. It helps the body to release toxins, lowers stress, reduces irritability and helps the mind to shut off for a while. A one-off massage will always bring benefits to the body, but if you do have a recurring or particular problem it will likely take more than one visit to resolve.

Reclined Indian Head Massage (or request Seated) £35
Indian Head Massage stimulates the nerves from the head, which helps calm anxiety, release brain fog and help you relax. Ideal for tense shoulders, those seated for long periods of time or those suffering with tension headaches as well as improving scalp health. Treatment includes upper arms, shoulders, upper back, neck, scalp and face. This treatment is carried out in the reclined position as standard.

Ancient healing therapy, based on the idea that energy lines run through the body and that blockages or imbalances in these lines can prevent energy flowing freely within the body. Includes the foot, ankle and lower leg, incorporating manual massage, stretching, lymphatic drainage and techniques with a unique wooden pressure point stick. Ear Candles Treatment £34
Hollow candles are applied to the ear to create a suction of air infused with herbs and essential oils. This stress relieving treatment has balancing effects for tinnitus, sinusitis, hay fever and rhinitis, excessive ear wax, colds, sore throats, tension headaches, travel sickness and general hearing loss. The candles help draw out blockages and impurities, creating a warming massaging effect.
