Body Massage
Massage for wellbeing - Massage de-stresses the body and helps to relax the mind, leaving you feeling calm and at-peace. It eases muscle tension and relax aches and pains, but the benefits are endless. It is great for treating tension headaches, postural aches, tired legs, stiff neck, muscular tension, insomnia, anxiety and more. It helps the body to release toxins, lowers stress, reduces irritability and helps the mind to shut off for a while.
A one-off massage will always bring benefits to the body, but if you do have a recurring or particular problem it will likely take more than one visit to resolve.
Swedish Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage £31
The classic massage therapy with an adjustable pressure for problem areas. Book as an all over relaxing treatment or to focus on specific areas of tension.

A signature wellbeing massage treatment designed by us, to incorporate your favourite massage points and stretching techniques with premium Algologie body products. The treatment combines a back, neck and shoulder massage, foot exfoliation and mask, revitalising foot massage and a neck and scalp massage.

Body Extraction £16
Book as a stand alone treatment or add to any chosen body treatment. The treatment includes hot towel application, extraction and tone. You don’t have to suffer in silence if you experience blocked pores in hard to reach places, such as the back, shoulders, abdomen, chest and neck.

A full body exfoliating scrub, followed by application of nourishing body lotion. Skin is left smooth and hydrated. This is refreshing as a stand-alone treatment or could be combined with any massage.

Relaxing Shoulder and Scalp Massage £31
An upper body massage, focusing on the upper arms, shoulders, upper back, neck, scalp and hair. Ideal for tense shoulders, those who are seated for long hours or if you are suffering with tension headaches. Not a fan of oils in the hair? Opt for a dry scalp massage or ask for our deep conditioning mud as a hair treatment mask instead.

Seated Indian Head Massage £31
Following the traditional Indian ritual of a seated head massage, including upper back, upper arms, shoulders, neck, scalp and hair. Indian Head Massage stimulates the nerves from the head, which helps calm anxiety, release brain fog and help you relax. The increase in circulation exfoliates the scalp and nourishes the hair. Hopi Ear Candles Treatment £31
Hollow candles are applied to the ear to create a suction of air infused with herbs and essential oils. This stress relieving treatment has balancing effects for tinnitus, sinusitis, hay fever and rhinitis, excessive ear wax, colds, sore throats, tension headaches, travel sickness and general hearing loss. The candles help draw out blockages and impurities, creating a warming massaging effect.
