There are times when all of us are in treatment and we will not be able to answer a phone call, but we will always return any messages that are left. Your call is very important to us but as a small business we do not have a dedicated reception team Our therapists look forward to speaking with you soon.

Last Minute Availability
We always try our best to accommodate on the day availability, although this may not always be possible. Please check our WhatsApp status updates for last minute gaps or send us a message and we will do our best to get you in.
Cancellations
We understand plans and commitments do sometimes change. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service, before any future appointments can be booked.
Transfer of Appointment
Should you find you are unable to make your appointment at very short notice, you may also transfer your appointment time to a friend or family member to fill your spot. Please contact the salon to inform us of the name change.
No Shows
A no-show is defined as not arriving to your booked appointment when the therapist is set up, ready and waiting to greet you. To minimise no-shows, we send an email confirmation of appointment, an email reminder the day before and a text reminder the day before.
