Who are We?
We are a team of professional, friendly staff members who each strive to provide the best level of care to our customers. We understand your visit involves so much more than the methods of the treatment itself. We've created somewhere you can experience self care, recharge and take some time to listen to your body, safely speak about your day to day life, seek professional advice for skincare and wellbeing and also engage in social connection on a one to one basis.

About Our Services
Every service on our menu is specially selected to offer our guests the best experience. There is not a single treatment on there we don't enjoy doing. Each of us have favourite treatments to offer, but collectively as a team we most love waxing, skincare and providing feelgood treatments.  

With waxing, we love the results and the instant confidence boost it gives our clients. We use tea tree strip wax to help prevent ingrown hairs and Brazilian non strip wax formulated especially for sensitive areas. Our professional therapists ensure your waxing experience is both comfortable and efficient.

Our love for skincare starts with our Signature Facials, with hand picked products for each guest. The skincare menu extends to our Medik8 and Algologie therapeutic facials, microdermabrasion, galvanic, high frequency, microcurrent, skin peels, LED light therapy, microneedling and more. We understand that starting a new skincare routine and selecting your facial can be an absolute minefield, so we listen to your concerns and help select the perfect skincare journey for you.

Self care is important to us, so we love helping our guests carve out time for themselves.

Our therapists have trained for many years gaining significant experience to pass on their expertise in delivering your treatments. Our ongoing training and masterclasses ensure complete confidence that we are providing you with the best service, using only well researched, high quality, tried and tested professional products.
We each follow Just Pampered exclusive treatment protocols but personalise them to suit each guest. No matter which therapist you visit, you can rest assured the treatment experience and the level of service is consistent.

Our Story
When Just Pampered was established in 2007 as just the one treatment room, we had no idea it would grow quite so quickly and successfully. In 2008 we expanded to become the four treatment rooms you know and love now.

Today, Just Pampered proudly offers a homely yet sanitary, friendly yet professional environment for their family of team members to enjoy working in. Just Pampered is a firm believer of "Happy Team, Happy Customers". We've worked incredibly hard to hand pick an elite team of therapists, who we nurture and support, so in return they are able to provide exceptional service and customer care.

Each visitor who walks through the door is treated with the same level of care and respect. Whether you are popping in for an eyebrow wax or booking a full morning of treatments, we'd love to see you soon.

Where to Find Us
We are situated in Church Street, between the church and the Bringey Antiques Centre. You can find us next door to the new Munchkins Nursery. At the front of number 19, you'll find Salon 19 Hair Salon and The Barber Shop. Our entrance is at the back of the building with accessible ground floor treatment room and three first floor rooms. If you require the ground floor room, please mention at time of booking. We have a car park at the back of the building and the road outside also offers free parking.

Our Set Up
Our treatment rooms are homely, spacious and fully equipped with well-researched and reputable product brands for all our products and equipment. While our treatment rooms are large, our waiting area is not and we have currently opted for a relaxing waiting area rather than a traditional reception area with a desk.

 

All of our team work the reception area and are familiar with names and faces of our lovely clients. As you enter the salon via the stairs, head to the room straight ahead and our team will be listening out ready to greet you. If we are not expecting you, we may not be able to greet you immediately, so we do ask that you pre-book a slot to collect a product or voucher, or to arrange a patch test. We would hate to keep you waiting!

Getting In Touch
We are very responsive to any messages left. If you call within our opening times and reach our voicemail, it means we are all in treatment at that time and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We may not always be able to pick up immediately, but we do check messages after every client without fail. If you are not comfortable leaving a voicemail, please consider sending a WhatsApp to 07570493774. Again, we aim to be very responsive and check between each treatment.

Meet The Team
Nicola arrived in July 2009 full of fresh ideas to complement our growing list of services. Nicola is fully qualified in Level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy and has completed multiple post graduate courses over the years, meaning she offers every treatment on our menu. We love her for her incredible client care and high quality treatments. She works Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and occasional Saturdays to suit her family commitments.

Lesley joined in August 2010, having worked with Kerry-Lee in the past and fitting in perfectly with the rest of the team. Lesley is qualified in Level 2 Beauty Therapy, Level 3 Facial Electrotherapy and Level 3 Nail Technology. She specialises in skincare treatments alongside a wide selection of treatments on our menu. Her clients love her for her professionalism and vast skincare knowledge and we particularly love her for her organisation skills and great sense of humour. Lesley works every Mondays (late night), Tuesdays, Thursdays and alternate Saturdays.

Anni joined the Just Pampered team in 2014 with ten years experience already behind her. She is fully qualified in Level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy and has completed multiple post graduate courses over the years, meaning she offers every treatment on our menu. Anni is also a qualified Beauty Therapy Lecturer and Assessor. Anni is loved for her friendly and professional approach to the high quality treatments she delivers. Anni works Fridays and alternate Saturdays and Sundays to suit her family commitments.

Maddie first joined our team for work experience when she was still at school. We enjoyed her company and positive attitude so much that we invited her back to be a long term assistant when she started college. Maddie has now been with us over five years, is fully qualified in Level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy and has completed multiple post graduate courses, offering all treatments on our menu. Clients love her confidence and caring nature and we love her positive attitude. Maddie works Mondays and Tuesdays.

Emma has been with us since September 2018. She is very experienced within the beauty industry and came to us from a spa environment. Emma is fully qualified in Level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy and has completed many post graduate courses over the years in various settings, meaning she offers most treatments on the menu. Emma enjoys a varied day but her favourite treatments are massage and waxing. Clients love how polite and accommodating she is. Emma works Thursdays including late night and alternate Saturdays and Sundays to suit her family commitments, plus occasional Mondays.

Emmy joined us in the Spring of 2019 and is a great asset to the team. She currently works every Wednesday plus Monday and Thursday evenings and occasional Saturdays. Emmy came to us with experience in manicures, pedicures, gel polish and waxing and has since completed her Levels 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy plus many additional beauty courses, meaning she offers a great variety on our treatment menu. Her current favourites are lash lifts, skincare and massage. We love Emmys 'can do' attitude and her clients love her caring nature and healing hands.

In 2023 we were ready to search for our next therapist. We really took our time searching and were so lucky to have found both Ellie and Elsie.

Ellie joined us in January 2024 and is already a great asset to the team with her positive attitude and dedication to client care.. Ellie loves treating the skin, in the form of facials, foot care and massage. Ellie has completed many qualifications before arriving at Just Pampered and has taken multiple training workshops with us to adapt to the 'Just Pampered Way'. Her love for the treatments really shows through in her work and clients love seeing Ellie. 

Ellie is here on a Thursday (late night), Friday and Saturday.

Elsie joined us in January 2024 and is a truly valued member of our team. Elsie is qualified in many treatments and arrived with previous salon experience.. Elsie loves all things hands and feet and treatments involving massage. Clients love her attention to detail and positive attitude which is reflected in all her positive feedback. Elsie is here Mondays and Thursdays. 

Kerry-Lee is the Director and Founder of Just Pampered, working the business behind the scenes and providing peak time, holiday and sickness cover. As a fully qualified Beauty Therapist, Trainer and Assessor, Kerry-Lee delivers frequent in house training and workshops to keep the quality of treatments and service to the high standard she strives for.

Each and every member of staff is truly valued and encouraged to continue their education with new experiences, workshops, training courses and external events. We strive to keep up to date with this ever changing industry and work together to build new treatments and ideas. All staff have their own jobs and responsibilities within the operation and play an integral part in the growth of the business. We always welcome any feedback and use this to improve our service to you.
